八珠搟筋棒的使用方法主要包括以下幾個步驟:

按摩腹部:取舒適坐位或站位,雙手分別握住搟筋棒兩端,將圓點凸起壹面放於腹部,由上到下,力度均勻地進行按摩。

按摩肩頸:取舒適坐位或站位,將雙手分別握住搟筋棒兩端,將圓點凸起壹面放於頸後,然後由上到下,力度均勻地按摩肩頸。

按摩背部:取舒適坐位或站位,由他人分別握住搟筋棒兩端,用背面由上到下、由中間向兩側進行開背;然後使用圓點凸起壹面按照相同方向按摩背部。

按摩下肢:取舒適坐位,分別握住搟筋棒兩端,先將圓點凸起壹面放於大腿根部,自大腿根部至膝蓋上方,從上到下按摩大腿的每壹側;然後自膝蓋下方至腳踝,從上到下按摩小腿的每壹側。

具體操作如下:

按摩腹部:將搟筋棒的圓點凸起壹面放於腹部,由上到下進行按摩,力度要均勻。

按摩肩頸:將搟筋棒的圓點凸起壹面放於頸後,由上到下進行按摩,註意力度適中,避免過重。

按摩背部:由他人分別握住搟筋棒兩端,用背面由上到下、由中間向兩側進行開背按摩;然後使用圓點凸起壹面按照相同方向按摩背部。

按摩下肢:將搟筋棒的圓點凸起壹面放於大腿根部,自大腿根部至膝蓋上方進行按摩;然後自膝蓋下方至腳踝進行按摩

Massage of the Abdomen: Sit or stand comfortably, holding the muscle roller stick by its two ends. Place the side with the raised round points on your abdomen, and massage from top to bottom with even pressure.

Massage of the Shoulder and Neck: Sit or stand comfortably, holding the muscle roller stick by its two ends. Place the side with the raised round points on the back of your neck, and massage from top to bottom with even pressure on your shoulder and neck.

Massage of the Back: Sit or stand comfortably, with someone else holding the muscle roller stick by its two ends. Use the flat side to massage from top to bottom and from the center outward to open up the back. Then use the side with the raised round points to massage the back in the same direction.

Massage of the Lower Limbs: Sit comfortably, holding the muscle roller stick by its two ends. First, place the side with the raised round points on the inner thigh, and massage from the groin area to just above the knee, moving from top to bottom on each side of the thigh. Then, move from just below the knee to the ankle, massaging the calf on each side from top to bottom.

Detailed Operation:

Abdominal Massage: Place the side with the raised round points on your abdomen and massage from top to bottom with even pressure.

Shoulder and Neck Massage: Place the side with the raised round points on the back of your neck and massage from top to bottom, ensuring the pressure is moderate and not too heavy.

Back Massage: With someone holding the muscle roller stick by its two ends, use the flat side to massage from top to bottom and from the center outward to open up the back. Then use the side with the raised round points to massage the back in the same direction.

Lower Limb Massage: Place the side with the raised round points on the inner thigh and massage from the groin area to just above the knee. Then move from just below the knee to the ankle and massage the calf
